Thank you for your interest in working with What Rachael Reads. I am always excited to discover new books and connect with authors and publishers. Below you will find information about the types of books I review and how my review process works.

Accepted Formats

I am happy to consider books in the following formats:

  • Physical copies (paperback or hardback)

  • Digital copies (eBook formats such as Kindle or EPUB)

Preferred Genres

While I occasionally read outside these areas, my preferred genres include:

  • Psychological thrillers

  • UK detective crime

  • General thrillers

  • Cosy romance

  • Fantasy

Books within these genres are most likely to be accepted for review.

Honest & Independent Reviews

All reviews published on What Rachael Reads are honest, fair, and entirely my own opinions. I do not accept payment in exchange for reviews. Receiving a book for free does not influence my rating or the content of my review.

Rating Policy

My blog aims to celebrate books I genuinely enjoy. Because of this:

  • I do not publish public reviews below 3 stars.

  • If I am unable to rate a book 3 stars or higher, I simply will not post a public review.
